TEXAS CHRISTIAN UNIVERSITY’S MULTI-PURPOSE DINING CENTER

This multi-purpose dining facility provides retail dining options to students, breakfast through dinner. Different areas of the building can be closed off to accommodate private events, and the upper level provides student meeting spaces, private dining rooms, and other collaborative spaces.

High ceilings, abundant natural light, and modern finishes create an ambiance of grandeur while providing students with comfortable spaces to eat, meet, socialize, or study. Seating options include soft lounge seating, traditional dining tables, large and small booths, and counter height seating.

This is a retail dining center that features four self-branded Micro-Restaurants™: Magnolias (comfort), Caliente (Southwestern), O’Brien’s Grill, and the Press coffee shop. All cooking is done at each venue, in front of the customer, and each venue has its own point-of-sale. The kitchen is reserved primarily for prep work.
