Just Around the Corner – WMU’s Valley Dining Preview

As students return to WMU in the Fall, WMU’s newest dining facility will greet them with nine destination Micro-Restaurants (Bakergroup’s award-winning concept) in this dazzling new social, dining and retail operation! This new campus destination is surrounded by trees and overlooking a pond. It promises to be a magnet for on-campus and off-campus foodies! The site also includes a retail café, an allergen-free pantry and an ultra-convenience store.

Getting ready! —from the picture of Bakergroup’s Lindsay, Mona and Kaitlin, you can see that this cutting-edge facility is nearly complete! It reflects the best work of the campus planning team and their award-winning dining department, all of whom collaborated closely with the design team to create this outcome for WMU.

Students, staff and visitors alike will enjoy an amazing variety of menu offerings and different dining, seating and social experiences in the Micro-restaurants, each with a unique character and a varied design approach.  Valley Dining is going to be on everyone’s must-see list.
